Winter: Hand Building Ceramics

Learn the basics of hand building in ceramics.

Hand building ceramics techniques represent one of the most ancient and accessible forms of pottery creation, offering unlimited creative possibilities without requiring a pottery wheel. Join instructor Darwin as we cover a variety of basic ceramic hand building techniques, including pinch, coil, and slab construction. Students will be able to design their own pieces from start to finish, with the opportunity to practice their glazing techniques after their pieces have been fired. All materials are included with your course fee.
