Wine Education Series #1: A Taste of Spring - Wines from Sonoma

We’re kicking off our brand-new education series with an evening of discovery, laughter, and world-class Sonoma selections! As the weather warms up, our palates shift toward brighter, fresher flavors. For our first installment, we are heading to the heart of California to explore Spring Wines from Sonoma.

In true Sonoma style, we’ll be serving up authentic Paella from Silla del Toro! Wine and paella parties are a spring tradition in Sonoma, so we’re staying true to our theme and bringing a slice of the West Coast to Roswell. We’ll be diving into a curated flight of five amazing wines—including sparkling wines, crisp rosés, vibrant whites, and light, "spring-ready" reds—all perfectly paired with savory, steaming paella.
