Understanding Yourself as Energy Program
An 8-week program for understanding yourself as energy — and embodying who you truly are in everyday life.
This is an 8-week live, guided learning and embodiment program centered on weekly group sessions, reflective integration, and optional personalized support — not a self-paced course or video library. Understanding Your Energy is a guided, small-group journey that teaches you how to: • Understand your inner world through an energetic lens • Recognize how your energy influences your decisions, relationships, health, and direction • Translate subtle awareness into real-life clarity and grounded action • Embody your insights rather than endlessly processing them This is not a program about “fixing” yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about learning how to relate to yourself truthfully and consciously — so you can live in alignment with who you already are. Over 8 weeks, you’ll receive a structured yet spacious container for understanding and embodying your energy in real life. Each week includes: • One live 75-minute group Zoom session • Teaching, guided inquiry, and group exploration focused on energy awareness, perception, and lived experience. • Experiential embodiment practices during the live call • Gentle yoga, breathwork, or somatic practices woven into each session to help you feel what’s being taught — not perform it. • Weekly reflection prompts Simple journaling or awareness questions to support integration into daily life (shared after each session). • Optional group dialogue and inquiry Space to ask questions, share observations, and learn through collective reflection. • Session recordings Available for replay if you miss a live session or want to revisit the material. This program is not a yoga class series and does not include a library of yoga videos. Movement and somatic practices are used within the live sessions as tools for embodiment and awareness. This is a small-group experience. Space is intentionally limited to support depth, connection, and individualized attention.
