Team Maggie's Dream Annual 5K/10K

Join us for our 11th Annual Walk/Run at the River in Roswell. Walk or Run! Family Friendly!

Runners, this run is your opportunity to move up to an earlier wave in the AJC Peachtree Road Race. This course is not only scenic but also the fastest and flattest certified Peachtree Road Race qualifying course; a great place to earn your personal best and RING the Team Maggie’s Dream Bell! Your participation in this event supports Team Maggie's Dream, whose mission is to financial assistance to young women and men so they can preserve their fertility after a cancer diagnosis. Harvesting eggs and banking sperm are extremely costly and not covered by insurance. Team Maggie's Dream is the only resource of its kind nationwide providing this service. Let’s work together to support our young adults with cancer “Keep Their Dream of Family Alive.” You don't have to be a "hard core" runner to join the fun. Participants can walk the course and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Feel free to dress up and have fun! Awards for those present at the event: Males and Females 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age category (5-year increments), plus Overall, Master, and a 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the category, Strollers. Build a team to run with, whether a work team, gym team, school team, or a running team, to train and raise money together. Utilize the Team Website to keep track of your fundraising progress and aim to be the winning team. Every $2500 donated Team Maggie's Dream can help one more teen or young adult with cancer "Keep the Dream of Family Alive." Help us Help More. All teams raising $2500 or more will be recognized at the run.
