Spring Break Fun

Extended hours at the Chattahoochee Nature Center - open 9 am to 7 pm and zipline tours are available from Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventures (additional fee) - limited spots so make reservations!

Time to enjoy spring and get outside while school is out. Explore special spring break activities as well as regularly scheduled events.

Lantern Engineers: Daily, M-F at 11 am. Back for the second year, the City of Roswell’s Earth Month celebration will include a Lantern Parade. Now is the time to create your lantern. CNC will supply the recyclable materials; you supply the light. Start working on your lantern now and mark your calendar for the main event on April 18, when you can show off your lantern engineering skills. Visit NEX for more information.

Keep Georgia Beautiful Hike: Daily, M-F at 3 pm. April is Keep Georgia Beautiful Month. To celebrate, CNC is leading a specialized hike each weekday during Spring Break to focus on what beauty the property has to offer, plus what you can do to beautify Georgia.

Wildlife Feeding Time – Tuesdays and Saturdays at 4 pm

Trail Hike – Saturdays and Sundays at 1 pm and 3 pm

Animal Encounter – Sundays at 4 pm

Creature Feature – Thursdays–Sundays, 2 pm

Chattahoochee: Re-Imagine Our River Film – Saturday at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm; Sunday at 12:30 and 3:30 pm
