Roswell Woman's Club to Host Candidate Forum
The Roswell Woman’s Club (RWC) will host a forum on October 3, 2023, for the candidates running for Roswell City Council and municipal judge in the November 7, 2023, election.
The Roswell Woman’s Club (RWC) will host a forum for the candidates running for Roswell City Council and municipal judge in the November 7, 2023, election. According to Roswell City Fire ordinances, there is an occupancy limit of 420 people that will be allowed in the building for this event. There will be 325 seats available in the Council Room and 95 seats available in an adjacent room with a live video feed of the proceedings. For those unable to attend the forum, the City of Roswell will record and livestream this event on Facebook and YouTube as a courtesy to RWC and the community. Questions from the floor will not be permitted during the forum. All questions to the candidates will be submitted online in advance to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Roswell City elections are non-partisan. Candidates do not run as a member of a particular political party and their party affiliations are not relevant to their positions in Roswell City government.
