Parents, take the night off—the kids are taking over the kitchen! Drop the chefs-in-training off at the studio for an absolute party of a Friday night. Our Friday Night Fiesta is all about big flavors, hands-on kitchen skills, and a whole lot of culinary fun. Your kids will learn safe knife skills (using kid-safe tools), how to season and balance flavors, and the art of assembling the ultimate Mexican-inspired street food. We will turn up the music, chop, roll, and bake a delicious feast from scratch. While you enjoy a quiet evening out on the square, they’ll be mastering the kitchen, playing culinary games, and eating an incredible dinner they made themselves! Menu: Silly Smooth Guacamole & Chips A hands-on favorite! Kids will mask avocados and mix in fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt, served with crunchy tortilla chips. Sheet-Pan Beef & Cheese Quesadillas Kids will layer flour tortillas, seasoned ground beef, and plenty of shredded mozzarella and cheddar, baking them until ooey-gooey. Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes Rich chocolate cupcakes with a tiny, secret pinch of warm cinnamon, topped with fluffy vanilla frosting.
