Join Chef Michelle Pellegri of Roswell Baking Company for a fun & informative evening learning to make Neapolitan-style pizza at Roswell General. Guests will learn to make a fool-proof pizza dough from scratch, how to properly shape and build pizzas, and how to use a pizza peel to launch and bake in an 800F oven for a pizza that cooks in approximately 2 minutes! Menu to include Neapolitan-style pizza with a variety of toppings, deep dish crispy pan pizza, and dessert pizza. Gluten free option is not available. This is a family friendly event.
