Friends of Mimosa is Honored to Present: Black History in Roswell - Honoring Our Past

Please join us as Elaine DeNiro, Archivist with the Roswell Historical Society and Charles Grogan, a Roswell Native who has for decades researched and chronicled the history of the African American Community in Roswell.

This Dynamic Duo who has collaborated many times over the years will present details and perspectives that will astound and even amaze those in attendance. There will be a formal presentation punctuated with dozens of images of Roswell's the people, places, and experiences of Roswell's African American residents. There will be a Q&A portion for you to dig deeper and learn more.
