Chattahoochee Nature Center is a nonprofit that connects people to the River and the watershed it sustains.
Through hands-on experiences - across 127 acres of wildlife, native gardens, trails, wetlands, and programs and events for all ages - we help people build a lasting understanding of how the River, the land, and the life around it are all connected.
We believe that when people know the River, they care for it. That belief has shaped this place for 50 years - and continues to shape everything we do.
