Biographical Info

Gather around good food and beer. It’s this idea of gathering with friends, family, and neighbors to enjoy a beverage, a meal and conversation that From the Earth Brewing Company is entrenched in. As the first brewpub in Roswell, we strive to provide locally sourced cuisine, world-class beer, and craft cocktails in a fun, easygoing environment with great service.

From the Earth offers 10-12 house beers and 4-6 rotating local/regional drafts and a non-alcoholic root beer. The kitchen serves chef-driven seasonal fare at a reasonable price. A peek at the menu shows house made flank steak jerky, grilled oysters, a bacon flight of different woods and braised short rib French dip with smoked gouda. The brewpub will also feature an outdoor beer garden with veggies and herbs growing on site.

With 3800 sq. ft. the restaurant and brewery space can be set up to accommodate up to 150 guests. Covered outdoor space and modern open design featuring wood, steel and concrete finishes in the bar and dining area. Stainless steel brewhouse visible behind glass walls.
