Neapolitan Pizza Making Class
Hands-on pizza making class!
Join Chef Michelle Pellegri of Roswell Baking Company for a fun evening of making Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch. Guests will learn to measure, mix, ferment, & shape dough for use in the Gozney Pizza Oven, Big Green Egg, and home ovens. We'll learn to properly stretch dough, build pizzas, and use a peel to transfer into the oven. Menu: Pizza Margherita, Pizza di Patate, Pizza di Salsiccia, Deep Dish Pan Pizza, and a dessert demonstration of Sgroppino, a Venetian Prosecco and gelato cocktail to finish the evening. Guests may BYOB.
