Once again IrishFest Atlanta will be held in Roswell, this year from Nov 7th through 9th on the grounds of the Roswell City Hall and the Cultural Arts
Celebrate the Music, Dance and Culture of Ireland at IrishFest Atlanta 2025. IrishFest Atlanta 2025 is set to bring the heart and soul of Ireland back to the Roswell Cultural Arts Center from November 7th through the 9th—and you won’t want to miss it! This year’s festival promises an unforgettable journey through the music, and passion of Irish tradition, featuring an internationally acclaimed lineup of artists. Headlining this year’s event is the world-renowned traditional band, Téada. Known for their high-energy shows and deep respect for Irish musical roots, Téada brings a global flavor to the ancient sounds of Ireland. Also taking the stage is the beloved trio Open the Door for Three with acclaimed fiddler, composer and recording artist Liz Carroll. Open the Door for Three delivers a seamless blend of centuries-old melodies, contemporary arrangements, and heartfelt tributes to Irish musical legends. Open the Door for Three features fiddle master Liz Knowles, uilleann pipe virtuoso Kieran O’Hare, and the evocative vocals of Dublin native Pat Broaders. The addition of Liz Carroll for this special performance will treat fans to an extraordinary music experience. It wouldn’t be IrishFest without lively Irish dancing! This year, Sharleen Doyle, an esteemed and sought-after Sean Nós dance teacher, will conduct dance workshops during the festival. Ms. Doyle received her 3rd All-Ireland title in 2012 at the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann in Cavan and went on to start her own dance school in Moate, Ireland. Representing the next generation of Irish artistry, Tigh na Coille will captivate audiences with their vibrant take on traditional music and dance. Direct from Ireland, this dynamic ensemble of young adult performers infuses each show with passion, precision, and pride—showcasing instruments like the fiddle, concertina, bodhrán, harp, and uilleann pipes. As part of the IrishFest workshop series, Dr. Martin Dowling, an Irish fiddle player and author of Traditional Music and Irish Society: Historical Perspectives will share the history of the Irish reel and other classic dances. Besides the headlining artists, IrishFest Atlanta 2025 will feature regional Irish music talent including The Muckers, The Roundabouts, Kinnegans and Olivia Bradley, to name a few Whether you’re a lifelong fan of Celtic culture or new to the magic of the Emerald Isle, IrishFest Atlanta 2025 invites you to celebrate the spirit of Ireland through genuine Irish music and dance.
