Roswell, Ga. (November 19, 2025) - LaQuinta by Wyndham Atlanta Roswell has officially opened its doors to guests after the successful completion of a $4.5 million interior and exterior renovation. Located at 575 Old Holcomb Bridge Rd. in Roswell, the hotel features 100 guest rooms, including 10 suites. The hotel is located along a corridor that is seeing a significant amount of positive change, influenced by the City of Roswell's economic development strategy to create safer and more vibrant areas previously in need of updates and redevelopment.
The renovation included full-scale updates to all guest rooms, common areas, lobby, gym, registration area, and the exterior of the building itself. The hotel's branding and signage has also been updated to reflect the newer, more modern LaQuinta Inn brand.
“We’re excited to share that our La Quinta Inn & Suites has undergone a complete transformation. Every part of the hotel has been refreshed, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience the new and improved atmosphere," said Rakhi Patel, Owner and General Manager of the LaQuinta Inn & suites.
Community stakeholders join hotel ownership to cut ribbon
Additionally, with the recent relocation of Roswell’s Public Safety headquarters to the Summit, located adjacent to the LaQuinta Inn and just south of the interchange at Hwy. 400, the City has already begun to see the positive transformation taking place. The former Red Lobster restaurant, also adjacent to the LaQuinta Inn, will be fully-scraped. An $11 million investment will result in a new QuikTrip convenience store and gas station, showcasing its new innovative Gen 4 design.
The investment in all three of these projects will result in a better hotel product, generating higher average daily rates, while the QuikTrip addresses the need for a high-quality service station in this particular geographic location. Additionally, both properties will be well-illuminated during the nighttime hours. The new location of the Public Safety Headquarters will also aim to lessen crime and allow for faster response times in a centralized area of the City. These results will impact the hotel's ability to command increased occupancy and an expanded customer base.
“When the City made the decision to purchase the Summit and move both our Police and Fire departments there, we knew it would serve as a catalyst for positive change,” said Mayor Kurt Wilson. “This beautifully renovated hotel is proof of that momentum. Together with the improvements happening throughout the corridor, we’re shaping a safer, brighter, and more welcoming entrance into Roswell, one that reflects the standards our community deserves.”
